2016 was a great year at CLP Systems thanks to our amazing customers! Below are a few of the top projects that we were able to be a part of this year. We are looking forward to all that is ahead in 2017!
- Braves Mixed Use:
The Braves Mixed Use project located in Atlanta, GA is a 5 story, 531 unit project. It is the large upscale multi-family residential component of the new Atlanta Braves stadium development. The development also includes hospitality, retail, and dining. CLP provided a threaded rod tie-down system as specified by the engineer at Juneau Construction. - Venue at the Ballpark:
The Venue at the Ballpark project located in downtown Birmingham, AL is a 5 story, 255 unit development that overlooks the Birmingham Barons baseball field. CLP and ProBuild partnered together to build this one of a kind venue.
- Palm Bluff Place:
The Palm Bluff Place project is located in Portland, TX. CLP partnered together with Razor Construction to complete this 3 story, 250 unit project.
- Park at City Center:
The Park at City Center is a beautiful 5 story, 330 unit project with great views of Sandy, Utah. CLP and Shelter Products partnered together to design this building to withstand seismic and high wind forces using the threaded rod holdown system.
- Legacy West:
The Legacy West project is a 6 story, 621 unit project in Plano, TX. CLP partnered together with Dennis James Construction to take on this mixed-use project that included 280,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space as well as 240,000 square feet of offices and a 15-story Renaissance Hotel.
