CLP Systems is pleased to announce a new addition to our team. Andy Owens, P.E. has recently joined CLP Systems as Sales Operations Director/National Sales Engineer.
Andy brings six years experience in the multi-family industry covering the southeast markets, and has previously had a successful stint with CLP Systems from 2015-2017. Andy graduated from the University of Virginia where he received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. This invaluable education with six years of tie-down experience has helped Andy become a resourceful guide to customers looking to defeat hardware complexity. CLP Systems is excited to have Andy’s engineering background and focused approach to excellence as we work to help customers experience success with tie-down hardware in multi-level wood structures. Andy has gained an inestimable amount of experience in the multi-family industry. These skills, relationships and experiences he has learned along the way have allowed him to pursue a more hands on sales leadership role with CLP Systems. As Sales Operations Director, Andy will be responsible for improving customer experiences by offering engineering support and working with operations management to improve sales order hand-offs to design and project management. In addition to supporting the sales team, Andy will operate as the Texas Territory Manager and help develop an excellent support team in the Texas market to better serve customers.

When Andy is not building relationships and helping customers he likes to find time to get outdoors with his kids, watch their sporting events, or play a round of golf. If it’s hunting season, he can be found in the woods hunting white tail deer. He and his wife, Lynn, are proud parents to seven children.
